Please also ensure that the trailer that you bring to the depot is equal to or greater than the size of the box you are picking up. For example, a 40-foot container cannot go on a 20-foot trailer.

Due to the busy nature of depots, any uncollected unit may have to be reabsorbed to make space for other containers. To avoid this situation, let's stick to the timeline! 😉
3. Release and Relax 📲📧 Good news travels fast! Once your container is prepped and ready for pick up, we'll drop you a text and an email with all the necessary details. However, just a small favour before you hop in your vehicle: please give the depot a quick call to confirm that your release is ready for pick-up.
