We know how excited you are to receive your shipping containers, and to ensure that you're always in the know, we’ve put together this handy guide on our delivery timelines and processes.
1. Our Delivery Promise 🚚 Every shipping container you purchase from us is guaranteed to reach you within 7 business days! But remember, weekends are our days off, so we won't be delivering on those days. A little break for our hardworking team and trucks!
2. We Value Your Presence 🤝 For everyone's safety and to ensure a smooth delivery process, we don't do unattended deliveries. When the container arrives, we ask that you inspect your unit carefully. This step ensures you’re 100% happy with what you receive. And we need someone present not just for the inspection but to assist our trucking partner during the delivery. It's all about team effort!
3. Flexibility in Delivery Dates 🗓️ Life happens! If you need to push your delivery out, you can delay it up to 90 days from the day of purchase. Just give us a call at 1-888-564-3038 or drop us an email at support@boxhub.com, and we'll make the necessary adjustments.
4. Pick Your Preferred Delivery Date 📅 We’ve made it easy for you to choose your ideal delivery day. Complete our delivery form to select your preferred dates. If you don't, no worries! We'll automatically schedule your container for the earliest available date, ensuring you get it within our 7-day promise. 😊
5. Rescheduling? No Problem, But… ⏰ If something comes up and you need to adjust your delivery date, please let us know at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery. Failing to do so might result in a rescheduling fee. We appreciate your understanding!
Special Note on CSC Certification 📝 Curious about CSC certification for shipping containers? It’s a standard that ensures the safety and integrity of the containers. If you opt for a unit with CSC certification, a surveyor will inspect it. This can add about 7 days to the process as we must wait for the inspection to conclude before setting a delivery date. So, while it might take a tad longer, you're getting a container that meets top-notch standards.
